    Ileka I am so excited right now, I've been watching you for a lil bit and I'm around your build 5'9" 240lbs was 286lbs, 17 yrs ago I was 155 lbs got , fell in love for married, life happened, my husband is very supportive, we are joining our local YMCA together so he can train with me,plus they have a pool bc I have a bad knee from lots of running years ago, plus from gaining wt, I think that by watching you it will help me so much, thank you.

    I have 40 lbs to lose before I hit my goal. However it’s been the same 40 lbs for the past few years. My original goal was 165. When I struggled with that I moved it to 180. That was my mindset until I found your videos. You’re now my weight loss angel 😇 and I’ve changed my goal back to 165. I’m 5’8” so I love that you’re a tall healthy girl. 💪🏽

    I wanted to join diet bet because I am goal oriented and learned that short term goals work better for me. However I will be on a cruise at the end of February and won’t be able to weigh in. I’m very excited about it because it’s a running cruise. I will get to do five 5ks on five different islands. Sorry to take up so much space in the comments but really wanted you to know how inspirational you are. Thank you!
